My lawsuit is a civil rights and medical malpractice legal action that seeks, among others, damages, injunctive relief, and declaratory judgment in Federal Court. The defendants in this lawsuit are:

Roger Gary Levine, MD – Psychiatrist at SJHHC’s Psychiatric Unit 3-6.

Lisa Marie O’Connor, MD – Psychiatrist at SJHHC’s Psychiatric Unit 3-6.

George O. Tremiti, MD – Medical Doctor specializing in General Surgery.

Horatius Roman, MD – Medical Doctor specializing in Anesthesiology.

Joanne Mary French, RN – Registered Nurse in SJHHC’s Psychiatric Unit 3-6.

Wendy Briscoe, RN – Registered Nurse in SJHHC’s Psychiatric Unit 3-6.

Susan Lynn Cate, LMFT – Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in SJHHC’s Psychiatric Unit 3-6.

Rosaline Spinella, RN – Registered Nurse and Administrative Coordinator in SJHHC’s Psychiatric Unit 3-6.

Robert Michael Constantine, MD – Medical Doctor in the ICU (Critical Care) and Anesthesia Department.

Mitchell Bruce Feldman, MD – Medical Doctor in the Emergency Department.

Cynthia A. Rybak, NP – Nurse Practitioner.

Kathryn Howe Ruscitto – President and Chief Executive Officer of SJHHC.

Lowell A. Seifter, JD – Senior Vice President/General Counsel of SJHHC.

Meredith Price – Vice President of Financial Services and Chief Financial Officer of SJHHC.

Deborah Welch – Vice President for People, SJHCC.
